The room
A speakeasy-style bar and lounge on Harmon Loop in Dededo, built out of the 1920s to the 1980s. 140+ whiskeys behind the bar, proper martinis, 28 drinks across 7 lists, pool, karaoke and DJ nights. 21+, carded at the door.

It's The Shady Lady — definite article, both words capitalised. The bar is in Dededo, not Tumon; it's about ten minutes off the strip. The happy hour is The Charming Hour, which is a name rather than a description, so it keeps its capitals.
