The longest whiskey list on the island
140+ bottles behind the bar, poured neat unless you say otherwise. There's no printed whiskey list — tell the bar what you usually drink and let them pick.
Checking hours…
Bourbon and rye
House pours for the everyday, small batch and single barrel when we can get our hands on it.
Scotch, both ways
Speyside for the honeyed end, Islay for smoke and iodine. We'll pour a taste before you commit to a glass.
Ask, don't read
The whiskey isn't on the printed menu on purpose. Tell a bartender what you like and they'll put something in front of you.

Good to know
How many whiskeys do you actually have?
140+, and the number moves — bottles land on island in batches, and some of them don't come back.
Can I taste before I buy a full pour?
Ask. A small taste of something you're unsure about is cheaper for everyone than a glass you don't finish.
Do you do whiskey tastings?
Yes — for groups, by arrangement. Tell us how many and what you're into and we'll build a flight around it.
