The small print
Privacy
Short version: this website asks you for almost nothing, and what little it does take, it takes because you chose to send it.
There's no account and no checkout
You can't buy anything here and there's nothing to sign up for. No card details, no addresses, no logins — the website has no way to take any of that, so it never does.
Leaving a review
- A first name — no surname, no email, no account.
- A star rating and, if you like, a few words and a photo.
- Your IP address — kept briefly and used for one thing only: stopping the same person posting fifty reviews in a row. It is never shown on the site.
Reviews are read by us before they appear, and yours may be published here with the name and photo you sent. Ask us and we'll take it down — no explanation needed.
Booking the room
The private-hire form on the What's On page doesn't send anything anywhere. It writes a text message on your own phone and leaves it up to you whether to press send. Nothing you type into it is stored on this website, even if you never send it.
What the bar's own system holds
Our staff use a tool to send drink orders from the floor to the bar. It records a table number, what was ordered and which member of staff took it. It holds nothing about you — no name, no card, no contact details.
When we check ID at the door, our staff record only that a check happened and whether it passed. We do not photograph, scan, copy or store anybody's ID or date of birth.
Cookies and tracking
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read — how many came, which nights are busy, whether anyone finds the whiskey list. It also records four things people do here: tapping to text us about hiring the room, tapping the phone number, opening directions, and leaving a review. That is the count only — never your name, never your stars, and never a word of what you wrote. We also use it for advertising: if you have been here before, you may see our ads again elsewhere on the web ("remarketing"). That uses cookies, and where you are signed in to Google and have allowed ads personalisation, information Google already holds about you. What we never send Google is your name, your email, or anything you have told us. You can turn ads personalisation off at myadcenter.google.com. The map on the Find Us page still loads from Google only after you tap it, which is why it starts as a button rather than a map. Fonts load from Google Fonts.
Who else is involved
- Our hosting and database provider — where the site runs and where approved reviews live.
- Screenfire — a Tribe Apps product that holds our drinks list, so the menu on the wall and the menu on this page are the same menu.
- Google Analytics and Google Ads — count visits to this site so we know which pages are worth keeping, and let us advertise the bar to people who have been here before. They see the page you're on and roughly where in the world you are, never your name and never your order.
We don't sell your details, and we never hand anyone your name, your email or your booking. We do advertise the bar, and Google helps us show those ads to people who have visited this site — but that is about pages, not about people we can name. There is no list of you being sold to anybody.
Age
This site is about a 21+ venue and isn't intended for anyone under 21. We don't knowingly collect anything from anyone under that age.
Asking us anything
Call the bar on (671) 484-2288 or come in — 674 Harmon Loop Rd, Dededo. If you want a review corrected or removed, that's the fastest way to do it.
